HP Envy 13 (2009)

HP launched its first Envy 13 laptop back in 2009. It was a massive design change from its previous plastic body hp pavilion series. The aluminium case is perhaps the most prominent improvement in the Envy notebooks from HP. With the exception of a few particulars, it’s very well-designed. The same is an accurate description of this design which we’d like be able to describe as highly laudable.

HP’s Envy 13 is a premium laptop with an all-metal look and innovative features. It was priced at $1,699 It was much more expensive than the other HP notebooks but is worthwhile for its battery longevity. This Envy 13 laptop can run for up to 18 hours on one charge, with the addition of a second battery. According to HP they have concentrated on creating a superior customer experience for the Envy series. To illustrate this the entry-level models are included in Compaq’s Compaq Mini or Compaq Presario range and then the well-known and wide available Pavilion notebooks.
